Privacy Policy

Effective: April 21, 2026 - Rev 1.2

This Privacy Policy explains how Foundry Pixel ("Foundry Pixel," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Slam Dunk (the "App"). Slam Dunk is a fully offline novelty sound app. It does not require accounts and does not collect or transmit your personal data to our servers during normal gameplay.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with your use of the App and any related support communications.

2. Information We Process

a. Motion Sensor Data

The App reads your device's accelerometer to detect when you flip the phone face-down or face-up, so it can trigger the correct sound effect. Motion readings are processed entirely on your device, in memory, and are never transmitted off the device or stored anywhere.

b. On-Device App Data

The App stores the following small items locally on your device using the platform's standard app storage:

This information remains on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the App. We do not have access to it.

c. Purchase Information

Optional sound pack purchases and entitlement status are handled through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card number. We and our service providers may process purchase status, entitlement status, receipt-related information, storefront or region information, and related transaction metadata needed to unlock purchased packs, restore purchases on new devices, prevent fraud, and provide support.

d. Support Communications

If you contact us for support or send us an email, we may process your name, email address, message contents, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.

e. Technical, Diagnostic, and Security Information

The App itself does not make runtime calls to our servers during normal use, so we do not automatically collect IP addresses, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or usage telemetry from the App. Our website (this page) and our service providers (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare) may process limited technical information such as IP address, device identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts, and request metadata when you visit the website, make a purchase, or restore a purchase, for security, abuse prevention, billing, entitlement management, and infrastructure purposes.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the App. If that changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

We do not ask the App to collect your contacts, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, or advertising profile information for Foundry Pixel's own marketing use.

b. Purchase Data

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and related providers may retain purchase records in accordance with their own legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.

c. Support and Legal Records

If you contact us, we may retain those communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.

You may be able to:

Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. Those rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

Slam Dunk is intended for teens and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through support or purchase channels, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to investigate and address the issue. Parents and guardians should supervise any in-app purchase activity.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
